Hi my name is Shareen Anthony and I am the creator, head trainer and director of PurelyFIT personal training. I started PurelyFIT personal training 2 years ago when I first realised I had a fiery passion and enthusiasm to help people achieve the same weight loss and fitness results I achieved over 10 years ago. Back then personal trainers weren’t really around as much as they are today so off I went on my own weight loss journey and through my own research, trial and error, not only did I achieve my desired weight loss results, I have kept it off for the last 10 years and I am in great shape and health. I am very much dedicated to my own training, I enjoy constantly building on my fitness, improving my shape and finding new challenges to conquer. Most of all, I enjoy knowing that I am giving my mind, body and soul the best gift ever by keeping it in optimal condition. I strongly believe being healthy and fit influences and impacts so many different aspects of our internal selves and our external circumstances, and therefore is the foundation of all peace and joy we experience in our lives on a mental, emotional and physical level.
