3. Goal Setting – We will work with you to identify and set goals which help us understand what is important for you to achieve; what motivates you and help build up your self-confidence.

 

4. Complete Nutritional Analysis – We will work with you to analyse your current eating habits, provide recommendations on suitable changes and help you develop an eating plan best suited to you.

 

5. Excuses Be-Gone – Here we will work you to understand how you currently see yourself and identify any self sabotaging habits you may possess. We will then give you the tools to help you overcome them. We believe if you want to transform yourself, you first have to clear all your excuses and make way for a breakthrough.
